Does anyone play this game on FB? The Pro version? I finally got enough chips to play Pro, and no one I know plays, so I've been playing with strangers. Which is OK, but it would be more fun to play with friends.

We are now a Military family. My son is a soldier now, as of Sunday or Monday and is at boot camp for six weeks. It's just plain weird at home without him. But we are so excited for him...its something he's always wanted to do. It's funny how veterans day takes on a whole different meaning for me this year.

I have two Tonkinese cats named Bailey & Cara. The forum isn't allowing me to upload any images. So, I can't upload their pictures (or my Avatar!) Anyway, Bailey and Cara are 15 years old and act like puppies or 2 years olds depending on their mood. They follow me around, speak and fetch a little foam ball. Now, I'm not saying they always do what I ask. We all know cats, its only when they feel like it.

Smoke upstairs did as much damage as the fire itself did in the basement. Somewhere in the piles of debris is the melted kitty litter box. The firemen tore apart basement closets and the drop down ceiling in my daughters room, looking for burning embers. A really sad thing is that, last winter, my dh spent a lot of time remodeling both bathrooms upstairs. New tile, new vanities, new paint, .... all in the dumpster now......

Tripod users - Question on floppy ball heads

I have an inexpensive, but almost brand new mini tripod with a ball head that refuses to tighten. I've only used it a few times for my tiny Hard Drive camcorder. Anyone have any tricks for making sloppy, loose ball heads behave themselves?

(I'll move this to OT when we're finished with it.)

Customize Links Bar.

I have two computers, one has XP and the other has Vista. The XP one has a customize links bar under my toolbar at the top of the screen, where I can just drag web address from the address bar down to that spot and have my favorite links at my fingertips. My Vista computer doesn't have this. Any idea on how to get it on there??

Dressing up our Dog

My daughter loved to dress up our dog and poor Ginger allowed it. My daughter doesn't do it so much anymore since she's reached those teen years. These were from awhile back. I have a few more but I won't bore you all at once...just in intervals. lol I may even try being a little creative with Ginger now.
