And the fun begins!!!! Looks like they have been BUSY!!!! No sign of my Blues as of yet....I've never seen them b4 mid march though so I am hopeful!!!

Ha! They ARE sharp, but my white-egg-laying female lines the nest cup with feathers so her babies are comfy.

SIX feathers!!!!!! Wow, she's out done herself this year! Beautiful! Leah, why don't you post those two photos of "Her" and "Him"? They are so pretty and I especially love the one of Her with the pine needle (or grass?) in her beak.......SHARE!

Looks a bit like last years Nest...doesn't it Janie???? I'm not suuuure but MAYYYYYBEEEEEE the exact same nest.
Leah wouldn't try to fool us now would she??? "Look at my pretty nest" !! "Feathers and all"!!  YES!! I'm jealous and bitter as hell!!!! If I remember last year Leah had all 3 nestings fledged B4 I even got one lousy NEST!!!   WaaaaaaaaaaaaaPam The Bird Lady:)

Leah, I was thinking the other day, (shut up janie) that maybe your female was an orphaned egg that some trail moderator stuck in a TRES box cause they would hatch at the same time. She only knows what to build with from what she has seen in the past>>>>>Thus....FEATHERS!!!!

Pam, you asked if my blues are building....I forgot to answer. YES!!! They are probably one to two weeks behind Leah's. Last year, all of my nestings were about 10 days later than hers. You have got to move SOUTH, girlfriend!
